Accessibility statement

BeastX is committed to making beastxoutfit.com usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. This page explains where we currently stand, what we know still needs work, and how to reach us if something on the site blocks you.

Conformance status

We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

BeastX is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means some parts of the site do not yet fully meet the standard. The specific gaps we are aware of are listed below.

What we have in place

  • Text content that can be read by screen readers, with headings used in a logical order
  • Descriptive alternative text on product and content images
  • Site navigation that can be operated with a keyboard
  • Skip links to jump straight to navigation or main content
  • Text and background colour combinations chosen to stay legible
  • Layouts that adapt to phone, tablet and desktop screen sizes

Known issues

We would rather tell you what is not working than let you discover it. These are the gaps we are aware of and actively fixing:

  • Some older blog posts are missing alternative text on images
  • A small number of pages contain links whose purpose is not clear from the link text alone
  • Some form fields do not yet announce their error messages to screen readers
  • Parts of the site have not been tested with every combination of screen reader and browser

If you hit a barrier that is not on this list, please tell us — it helps us prioritise.

Compatibility

The site is built to work with recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, on desktop and mobile, together with the screen reader built into your device or browser. It may not work reliably with browsers more than two major versions old.

Tell us about a problem

If any part of this site stops you from finding what you need, completing an order, or raising a return, contact us and we will help you directly while we work on a fix.

We aim to reply within 5 working days. Please tell us the page address and what happened, and we will get back to you with either a fix or a way around it.

How we assess this site

We review accessibility through a combination of automated testing and manual keyboard and screen reader checks, carried out by our own team. We have not yet commissioned an independent external audit.
