Shipping policy

We ship across India. This page covers how long orders take, what shipping costs, and what happens when a delivery goes wrong.

Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours of being placed. Orders placed after our dispatch cut-off, or on a Saturday or Sunday, are picked up on the next working day.

Once your parcel leaves us you'll get a tracking link on WhatsApp and email. You can also track your order on the site at any time.

Delivery time

Remote pincodes, hill stations and north-eastern states can take longer. Delivery timelines are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees.

When orders take longer

Some delays sit outside our control and outside our courier's. These are the common ones, so you know what to expect rather than finding out from a stalled tracking page:

• Weekends. Courier pickup and delivery run Monday to Saturday in most cities. Sundays and public holidays are not working days, so an order placed on Saturday evening typically moves on Monday
• Monsoon. Heavy rain and flooding routinely hold up road transport, particularly in Kerala, coastal Maharashtra, Assam and the north-east. Expect a few extra days between June and September
• Festive season. Around Diwali, Holi, Eid and the New Year, courier networks carry several times their normal volume and many hubs run reduced staff. Add 2–4 days to the usual estimate and order early if you need something by a date
• Strikes and local disruption. Transport strikes, bandhs, curfews and road closures can stop movement in a region entirely until it clears
• Weather and natural events. Cyclones, heavy fog in north India during winter, and similar conditions ground flights and slow road routes

When any of these affect your parcel, the tracking page keeps updating and we'll message you on WhatsApp if there's a meaningful hold-up. Your order isn't lost — it's queued. If tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 working days, message us and we'll chase the courier directly.

Delays of this kind don't shorten your return window. The 5-day window starts only when the parcel is actually delivered.

Shipping charges

• Orders of ₹1,299 and above — free shipping, anywhere in India
• Orders below ₹1,299 — a flat shipping charge of ₹79, shown at checkout before you pay
• Prepaid orders get ₹120 off, applied automatically at checkout

Cash on Delivery is available on most pincodes with no extra fee. Serviceability is confirmed at checkout once you enter your pincode.

When your return window starts

Your 5-day return and exchange window begins on the day the courier marks your order delivered — that day counts as Day 1. Because the window is tied to the delivery timestamp, not the order date, a slow delivery never costs you return time.

If delivery fails

• Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. Keep your phone reachable — most failed deliveries happen because the number didn't connect
• After three failed attempts the parcel returns to us. We'll contact you to arrange a re-ship or a refund
• Prepaid orders returned undelivered are refunded in full, minus the shipping charge if one was paid
• If a COD order is refused at the door or repeatedly not accepted, we may ask for prepayment on future orders
• Where the address or pincode given at checkout was incomplete or wrong, re-shipping is chargeable

Changing your address

Address changes are possible within 2 hours of placing the order, before packing begins. Message us on WhatsApp with your order ID. After dispatch the address is locked with the courier and cannot be changed.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, don't accept it if the outer packaging is torn or opened. If you've already accepted it, photograph the parcel and the item and raise a claim within 48 hours through the returns portal. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

If the courier confirms a parcel is lost in transit, we refund the full order value including shipping. No return handling charge applies.

International orders

We currently ship within India only. We're working on international logistics and will announce it here when it's live.
